Licensed Solutions work closely with solicitors throughout the UK to ensure that its clients comply with the myriad requirements of the Licensing Act, so facilitating the lawful and successful operation of businesses within the leisure and licensed trade sectors. Such collaboration includes helping with transfers of premises licenses and the establishment of interim authority notices as well as assistance with gaming and civil ceremonies licenses.
Subject to legal advice and appropriate agreements, we hold premised licenses for our clients and also advise them, as required, regarding the appointment of designated premises supervisors. Many of our operations team hold personal licenses themselves and have significant experience of working with both clients and solicitors to ensure compliance.
